Chocolis

Common use

Chocolis is used in the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Dosage and direction

Chocolis tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Take it all in at once. It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken.

Precautions

Caution is advised in sickle cell anemia, severe liver and kidney problems, multiple myeloma, leukemia and deformation of the penis.
Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking Chocolis as it may worsen the side effects.

Contraindications

Chocolis is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Tadalafil. It is also contraindicated in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions, when sexual activity is not advised, and patients having non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and pulmonary hypertension.

Possible side effect

Side effects of Chocolis: Headache, Indigestion, Back pain, Muscle aches, Flushes, Stuffy and runny nose.

Drug interaction

Avoid taking medications for angina (nitrates), antibiotics (erythromycin), anticonvulsants (phenytoin), antifungals (ketoconazole) and medications for pulmonary hypertension (riociguat). These medications may alter the safety and effectiveness of Chocolis (Tadalafil).

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of Chocolis, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

Overdose

Overdose of Chocolis is capable of vision loss, changes in vision color, blurred vision, ringing in ears, an erection that lasts longer. These symptoms need to be managed as an emergency in a hospital setting. Therefore, strict adherence to the prescribed dose is essential.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Keep it away from children and pets.
