Common use

Extra Super P-Force tablets is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. Extra Super P-Force is a medication that combines two active ingredients, Sildenafil Citrate (100 mg) and Dapoxetine (100 mg), in a single tablet. Sildenafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis, while dapoxetine helps to delay ejaculation during intercourse.

Dosage and direction

Use Extra Super P-Force tablets exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not exceed the dosage. Do not break or chew the tablet. Swallow it as a whole, with a glass of water, immediately after opening its packaging. You can take a Extra Super P-Force tablets with or without food.

Precautions

Talk to your doctor if: You have glaucoma (an eye condition); exercise extreme caution before taking this medicine. You have kidney disease. You have a fungal infection and are taking anti-fungal medication. You are taking HIV antiviral medications. You have a heart condition with blocked blood vessels and are currently on medication. You have any condition that requires you to avoid physical exercise. You are an older male adult over 65.
It is not safe to consume Extra Super P-Force tablets with alcohol. It can cause increased side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, etc. It can also cause problems with the effectiveness of this tablet.

Contraindications

If you have an allergic reaction to any component of Extra Super P-Force tablets; If you are taking medicine that contains nitrates; If you have a serious heart condition, such as heart failure or a pacemaker; If you have existing liver problems; If you have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare eye disease, or any other retinal disorder; If you have low blood pressure; If you have recently suffered from a stroke or heart attack; If you have any lung-related conditions; If you have conditions such as mood disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, or mania.

Possible side effect

Side effects: Dizziness; Flushing (warmth sensation on the face); Excessive sweating; Blurred vision; Increases tiredness; Dry mouth; Blurred vision; Prolonged and painful erectile penis.

Drug interaction

If you are on treatment with medicines containing nitrates, consult your doctor before taking Extra Super P-Force tablets.
If you are on anti-fungals like ketoconazole, blood thinners, beta-blockers, high blood pressure medication, seizure medication, or HIV medication, inform your doctor before taking Extra Super P-Force. These medicines can cause severe reactions if taken with Extra Super P-Force.

Missed dose

The dose and duration of this medicine are not fixed. If you use Extra Super P-Force tablets for erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, missing a dose is highly unlikely, as it is used only before sexual intercourse.

Overdose

An overdose of Extra Super P-Force can cause symptoms like low blood pressure, fainting, dizziness, chest pain, body heating, stomach upset, and chest pain. It can also cause a prolonged erection. If you experience these symptoms after taking this medicine, consult a doctor and seek medical treatment immediately.

Storage

Store Extra Super P-Force tablets in a dry place at room temperature, away from heat and humidity. Keep the tablets away from children and pets.
