Common use
Super Tadapox tablets is a combination of two medicines: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Premature Ejaculation (PE). Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.
Dosage and direction
Take a Super Tadapox tablet 30-60 minutes before engaging in sexual intercourse. Take by mouth with a glass of water. Super Tadapox may be taken on an empty stomach or following a light, low-fat meal. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. This drug should not be consumed with alcohol or grapefruit juice as it can lead to severe reactions.
Precautions
Avoid Super Tadapox if you have heart problems (heart attack, stroke, heart failure), severe depression, mania, fainting history, or significant liver issues. Avoid alcohol; it increases dizziness and can impair erection. Not for use by women or children. Avoid grapefruit products.
Contraindications
Do not use Super Tadapox if you are allergic to Tadalafil, Dapoxetine, or any of the inactive ingredients in the tablet.

It also interacts with anticoagulants (bleeding risk), other blood pressure meds. Always tell your doctor about all medications and supplements to avoid dangerous effects like severe dizziness, fainting, or vision loss.
Missed dose
As Super Tadapox is used as needed, you are not likely to be on a dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at one time.
Overdose
Seek emergency medical attention. Call your doctor or seek emergency medical attention if your erection is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours or other side effects do not go away.
Storage
Store Super Tadapox between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep out of the reach of children and away from pets.
