Common use
Super Tadarise tablets is used for treating erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. It consists of two active ingredients: tadalafil and dapoxetine. Tadalafil relaxes muscles and improves blood flow to the penis, which is helpful in erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine increases the level of a chemical messenger in the body, which improves control over ejaculation and increases the time to cause ejaculation.
Dosage and direction
Use the tablet precisely as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the dosage. Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet. You must swallow the medicine whole, with a glass of water, immediately after opening the bottle. This medicine can be taken with or without food. You must take the tablet one hour before sexual intercourse or as advised by your doctor. Do not take it more than once a day, every day.
Precautions
Talk to your doctor if: You have been diagnosed with hypotension or low blood pressure; this medicine can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure. If you are over 65 years old, consult your doctor before taking this medicine. If you are using any ayurvedic, herbal medicines, or supplements for premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction, notify your doctor to avoid potential side effects. You have any deformity or other conditions affecting the penis. You have been diagnosed with sickle cell anaemia, blood or bone marrow cancers, or other conditions that increase the risk of prolonged erection; inform your doctor. You have severe kidney or liver conditions. You experience any vision or hearing loss, immediately notify your doctor.
Contraindications
If you are allergic to any active substances or ingredients of the medicine; If you have low blood pressure (may cause orthostatic hypotension – a drop in blood pressure after suddenly changing positions); If you are younger than 18 years of age; If you have bleeding disorders (this medicine may increase the risk of bleeding); If you have a seizure condition; If you have been diagnosed with mania or bipolar disorder; If you have been using any recreational drugs; If you are using any antidepressant medication; If you have a history of heart conditions, such as heart failure or heart rhythm disorders; If you have serious kidney or liver disease.
Possible side effect
Side effects: Drowsiness; Nausea; Vomiting; Back pain; Muscle pain; Flushing; Stuffy nose; Dizziness; Decreased libido; Headache; Increased sweating; Low blood pressure.
Drug interaction
If you use the Super Tadarise tablet and certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors), it can cause severe and fatal interactions; If you are using medicines that affect the heart rhythm, such as thioridazine, Super Tadarise can worsen their effects and cause heart rhythm problems; If you are using any antipsychotic medicines, sleeping medication, opioid pain relievers, anti-seizure medicines, it can increase the effects of drowsiness, etc; Do not use Super Tadarise tablet if you are using nitrates and medication for pulmonary hypertension; Super Tadarise tablet can also interact with the effects of antibiotics, antifungals, anti-TB medicines, anti-anginal medicines, HIV medication, etc.
Missed dose
The dose and duration of the tablet are not fixed. Missing a dose is highly unlikely if you are using these tablets for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, as it is used when required or suggested by the doctor.
Overdose
The tablet overdose can cause adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal disturbances like nausea and vomiting, prolonged erection, low blood pressure, chest pain, increased heart rate, dry mouth, nose bleeds, indigestion, flushing, agitation, and dizziness. In cases of overdose, consult your doctor and seek medical treatment.
Storage
Store the tablets at room temperature in a dry, airtight container. This medicine should not be exposed to heat or wet surfaces. Keep it away from the reach of children and pets.
